Kentville Recreation Centre – Upper Level

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:30–11:30am: Join Suzi for a fun, low-impact cardio class designed for those seeking lower-intensity workouts.

Fridays, 10:30–11:15am: Suzi offers Zumba Gold – a low-impact version of Zumba.
