The Town of Kentville’s Department of Parks and Recreation is excited to welcome Craig Langille to our team as the new Manager of Parks and Recreation Facilities.

Craig brings with him experience in sport tourism, recreational programming, and facility management. He has worked for Nustadia Recreation, the Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo, the University of Northern British Columbia and most recently the North American Indigenous Games Host Society.

An avid lover of sports and the outdoors, in 2004 Craig was drafted to the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Organization of Major League Baseball where he played for four years. Since then, whenever possible Craig is outdoors on the trails or in the parks coaching baseball.  

Beyond the management of the arena and parks staff in their daily maintenance of Kentville facilities, Craig will also be supporting the department with community relations, facility and green space planning, and sport event hosting.
