On July 26, 2021 Kentville Town Council gave notice of its intention to amend the Land Use Bylaw and Municipal Planning Strategy to allow Multi-Unit Residential Development and Assisted Living facilities within the Highway Commercial (C-2) Zone with a commercial component on the ground floor; to include all (C-1) permitted commercial uses within the (C-2) Zone; and to adopt several housekeeping items.
An online PUBLIC HEARING will be held via Zoom Webinar/Facebook Live at 6:00 PM on Wednesday September 15, 2021 to consider these matters. Any interested persons are welcome to make their opinions known to Council by submitting either a written submission by 4:30 p.m. on Monday September 13, 2021 or by attending the online meeting via Zoom. (Please note that Facebook Live is view only and not suitable for providing feedback)
