The Town of Kentville is requesting people be aware of a planned detour for downtown beginning on Monday October 26th 2020.  The work being carried out is capital project work on the west side of the Webster Street and Aberdeen Street intersection.  An alternative route is outlined on the attached map image.  Local traffic will still be able to travel roads within the downtown, the posted route is recommended for through traffic, especially trucks and tractor trailers.  

The Town of Kentville thanks its residents and visitors for their cooperation and continued patience as we make necessary changes downtown to improve sidewalks and increase the accessibility of our community.
