Kentville Volunteer Recognition Night
Volunteers are the heart of any community, and Kentville is no exception. Each year, in conjunction with Provincial Volunteer Week, the Town of Kentville honours its area volunteers at the Volunteer Recognition Dinner and Ceremony. This year’s dinner was held on April 7, 2011 at the Kentville Fire Hall. Over 25 volunteers from the Kentville area were honoured by the Town at the Dinner and Awards Ceremony. Mayor David Corkum also presented 2 specialty awards including:
