The Recreation Centre is located at 350 Main Street adjacent to Town Hall. It has two large rooms that are available to rent for a variety of events including birthday parties, anniversaries, meetings, dances, dinners and more!

Both the upper and lower levels of the Recreation Centre are available to rent. The upper level is 1700 square feet and can accommodate up to 235 people. The upper level is spacious with an abundance of natural light, has hardwood floors, is equipped with a permitted commercial kitchen and two designated washroom facilities. This space is ideal for parties, dances, fundraisers and other special events.

The lower level is 1200 square feet and can accommodate up to 126 people. This area is fully accessible, and is great for training sessions, meetings and presentations. Both levels include use of tables and chairs. VCR and television set are available upon request.

Please be advised that as of April 1, 2010 rental rates for the Kentville Recreation Centre will be as follows:

• Prime Time Rate: $25.00/Hr. + HST
• 1/2 Day Rental (4 Hours): $80.00 + HST
• Full Day Rentals (8 Hours or more): $200.00 + HST

Discounts may be applied for the following groups at the discretion of the Kentville Parks and Recreation Department. Available discounts are listed below:

• Youth Groups and Organizations: less 25%
• Seniors Groups and Organizations: less 25%
• Charitable Organizations: less 50%
